Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Emma Blakeney for her nomination as Powell Constructions Employee of the month.  Emma has been with Powell Constructions for approximately 5 years and commenced her employment as Client Liaison.  With her tenacity and hard working ethics Emma was promoted to Marketing and Contracts Co-ordinator and has excelled above all expectations in this role.   Emma’s commitment and loyalty are a true inspiration to all that work with her.

95 Day Build Time

Powell Constructions now guarantee clients a 95 day build time from Council Approval to Practical Completion.  This ensures that you or your tenants are moving into your home in the shortest possible time.  Our dedicated Supervisor and Quality Control Personnel ensure that no step of the construction of your build is overlooked and your home is completed to the highest possible standard.

On Site Draftsman

Powell Constructions hosts an in-house drafting department, which enables our clients to modify existing designs or create their dream home from the ground up, with the input of our qualified, and highly experienced drafting team.  We are pleased to advise that our Chief Draftsman is actually a qualified Energy Assessor and conducts all energy assessments and ratings on our homes to ensure all approvals are received from Council without delay and are accepted without change.

New Estimator

Powell Constructions would like to take this opportunity wish Bruce all the very best with his future endeavours.   We are however excited to welcome Josh Casey to our team.  Josh comes highly experienced and well known in the industry and we look forward to working with Josh.
